To exercise this right, please notify us via our contact form within 14 days of delivery. You must return the goods within 14 days of notifying us, in their original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty or not as described.

We will refund the full purchase price, including standard delivery costs (e.g., €4.99 for orders under €24.99), within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Exceptions: Personalized items, sealed hygienic goods (e.g., underwear), are non-returnable unless faulty or unused and still in their original packaging (including any wrapping, instructions, and accessories).
